And she broke up... # MondayMusings

It's one of those things which will ruin your entire life, without you realizing even a bit...

It wasn't easy, easy at all.  Riya had tried earlier also,  tried hard to overcome her fears on several occasions, to part her ways, to just break up for once and all. Break up with that one relationship which was trying to control her life in every way...

He was always around,  everywhere. At  the time of her quarter end at work, when she was all excited and up to perform her best, he came , ruining all her efforts , trying to control her mind and soul.  She was trying to put her best foot up , he was right there before her, screwing it up. It's then she realized that thinking will not overcome fear but her actions will.

Tired and exhausted , she finally mustered the strength to discord every tie with that relationship.. She took the plunge  and yeah she broke up with Stress. Riya realized how stress was taking toll on her life and how it was becoming such a regular part of her routine.
After a volcano of stress in her life, she realized that stress has so little to do with situations and a lot to do with our attitude. So my very dear friend Riya, decided to bestow me with her gyan.
Here are few things that helped her on way:
Prayer
This is the very first step in the whole break up process.  No , she don't preach to be a sanyasi but few minutes of prayer and meditation daily goes a long way and help in dealing with creepy situation around.
Fantasy Vs Reality
Here , i totally agree with my friend Riya,  for i am also bitten by a bug of exaggeration.  Out of 100 problems , 80% of problems are cooked up in my head which actually have no logical existence.
Disconnect to Reconnect
With this ,  My gyan guru Riya took my breath away ,by asking me to switch off myself from the digital world.  Half of the stress in life,  surface because of our technology and our social world , you know like Facebook, (apologies Mr. Mark ) whatsapp . So,  once in a while disconnect to reconnect with your mind and soul.
The secret
Here she totally swear by Rhonda Byre and agree with her law of attraction.  Stress attracts stress, happiness attracts happiness. So be positive, there is so much with the word S - Smile, Shopping , and yes Sex too....

I know habits die hard but being happy and Relax is'nt that stressful..
Feel free to share your stress free tricks... You never know which might work..

Few words of yours..

With few words of yours, my blood froze
Tears were rolling down my cheeks,
I felt feeble and week,
Moments were bathing agony pain,
My mind was not at all same,
I never thought it ever before
That some day you will be no more..
Today you aren't but your memories are alive..
Torning my heart deep down inside...

My Forever savior and Protector...

With Mother's day around, our very dear search engine Google and gift shops are almost flooded with mother's day cards ,endless gifting ideas from flowers to spa offers to heartfelt notes, you name it and you will have it. Blog post ,parenting sites are filled with touchy writeups on Mother's, Motherhood advices, thank you notes.(while I was also under process to write one..) But I was just wondering how many Mother's are actually reading it and are really really happy with those few minutes of celebration , you know like giving  those hallmark cards with lovely messages and showering her flowers and then back to pavilion.( I know you are the baby n she will love every gesture of yours but is it that she really wants, I doubt..)
Mother's day was founded with a very simple idea to express your love and honour to that one person who no matter what,  loved you unconditionally..

I don't remember which movie it was  but the dialogue " Mere pass Maa hai Maa " is just immortalised in my head and every time I go down the hill, she is the only Savior and Protector. Out of 13,000 thousand words (yeah, as per daily mail and new york times study that's  the average word a women speaks in a day) I guess 6000 times or even more I use to just say Mumma, Mumma khana, Mumma ,if not able to find books , Mumma extra pocket money, Mummy ,Papa ki permission to go out with friends, Mumma homework, Mumma this, Mumma that. Even for what happened wrong , she is the one who is blamed, some day , we forget to take books, it's because she didn't kept it,got late for school , it's because of her. In this entire process of growing up , she is the only one taken for granted ( okay , I agree , many times she has also feeded us with her emotional dialogues  like khana khalo nahi to khelne nahi Jana, rat room, crocodile room and what not ,they have all the tricks. No matter how much you eat, you will always remain her kamzoor bachha)
So, this Mother's day apart from giving all those fancy gifts ,  let's do something that really make her happy and proud.  Let's say something we have never said before,  let's express our love..
Here is mine for her..
Dear, Mumma
In this entire process of growing up, schooling, working and getting married, I never took the opportunity to thank you,to express you how much I love you. So, on this Mother's day I really want to say thank you mommy for all the love, for bearing me patiently ,for ignoring my countless mistakes, for teaching me love and compassion, for telling me to be calm and patient, for being with me always and always, for making me who I am today..

P.S.: We have and we will continue to annoy you ,earlier it was me and siddi ( now it's both of us plus our partners and yes of course , our partners in crime kuku. We all love you!!!!)

Letter to the Man I call : My Husband 😘..

Marriage, like everything else in life, cannot be taught until you experience.  Sometimes it's beautiful, sometimes hurtful....

It's long overdue (since our Anniversary). It was there always with me in my thoughts, finally my feelings are shaping into words...
Trust me I am always short of words while expressing to you, while expressing about you and so the  only thing i end up saying is that  I love you!!!
Seven years ago, we became husband and wife and since the day we  began our journey, you have been my pillar of strength. It's one of the best day we have experienced together and surely one that we both will treasure forever.
Some days i feel like our wedding was decade ago, while other times it just feel like thing of yesterday.  I know i never said this before but i am thankful for the Mauritius trip, the time we had spend together ( okay i agree half of the time i was the sleeping beauty...). Though we are so different from each other but i guess that's what make us perfectly together.  In our seven years of journey you fulfilled all the seven vows that you promised ( i know how exhausted and sleepy you were in the middle of night)  but still you managed to live upto it.. Beautifully..

In the first vow, you promised to cherish me and provide  welfare and happiness to me. Truly you did that baby by agreeing to all my unreasonable demands and by providing me your credit cards without question (Mind you, I also fulfilled my promise of standing by your side as your courage and strength.  I was always there right next to you while you were analysing the shopping list and the shopping bills.
Your second vow, was to protect our house and children and you very beautifully did that too by not letting me go to my mum's house frequently (c'mmon dear husband i understand how cleanliness freak you are..) you have always been a doting father,  i know the number of times you cancelled your meeting just to accompany me to our little munchkin's PTM, Doctor 's visit even to his silly play dates.  Now,  like a true soul mate I too fulfilled my another vow of promising you that i will rejoice in your happiness (Ultimately, your happiness is in my happiness  and you accompanied me always to Mumma' s house)
In the third phera,  you promised to share the pain and happiness together.  In all my sickness and monthly cramps I know,( Dear husband how much  you have nurtured and cared for me)  a thank would belittle all that..
In the fourth vow, we promised each other and prayed for more love and respect for each other and our families.  No doubt, we are and we will be going strong and love for our families ( oh!  you showered that too, everytime we talk about my brother, Shh.. I am not spilling the beans..)
In the fifth vow, we prayed for beautiful and noble children.  Indeed, we have one,  I know how sincere( read as naughty rat)  he has been all this while but everyday, he made our life worthwhile together.
In the sixth holy round around the fire 🔥, we asked for peaceful long life with each other (Now, i really want to know this who made this vow, PEACEFUL LIFE TOGETHER, i agree until one is deaf and dumb).
I might ever doubt about the above six vows, but the last one you fulfilled it every single day by being my campanion.  By being so patient.  You have truly proved how we are poles apart yet perfect together.
Dear Husband,  thanks for all the happiness and bliss and for giving me all the emotions i never knew existed deep within me..

Life, love & little more.....

There are so many things we wish for, so many moments that at some point of time remained unfinished. Moments which could have changed things in life forever. Moments which could have made life little more lovely, little more beautiful, IF....
Sitting by the window side, sipping the hot cuppa of tea, the smell of winters evoked nostalgic memories of life gone by...,
Shalini was lost in her own world thinking, recalling that day
30th August 2000, the day she began to dip her toes into love and the same day she came out of it...

30th August 2005 :"Here is the toast to the lovely couple On completing 5 years of eternal love and 5 years of togetherness" said Abhishek. Everybody raised into the air with a glass of wine smiling towards Shalini and Dhruv wishing them lifetime love & happiness together.
Shalini and Dhruv were happily married couple, were believed to be truly , deeply in love and tonight was the celebration of their 5th anniversary.
The sky was full of shimmering stars and the lights were dim, the songs began and the voice of Bryan Adams filled the room with just so perfect  aura. Amidst all the celebration, there she was lost and silently gazing the sky. Little the outside world knew the inside tale, Shalini was too tired to fake that smile anymore, tired of all that was so unreal..
She was all surrounded by lies of her and Dhruv's relationship. She never spoke about the pain that Dhruv gave of sharing a night with someone, his one night stand broke the thread of their relationship. She was shattered, and broken like being underwater and not able to breath.  Over the years she had build her life with someone she trusted, cared and then with the blink of an eye, it was all gone. There marriage survived all but love, love was lost in that one night stand of Dhruv....,

Heartbreaks have no remedy and their relationship turned out to be sour. It was hard to move forward and harder to stay back. For some good , some bad Shalini left leaving behind everything she created, everything that created her...
Betrayal is the most painful thing in the relationship. The relationship irrevocably changes whether you decide to stay or move out of the relationship. It tears the world apart...
